Exquisite Creatures

Pam of 2ETN. A instant friend, a forever long sister and one of the most caring , brilliant , beautiful woman I have ever met. We met at the Launch party in Sacramento. I swooned over her Raquel Allegra dress , and her insanely beautiful hand crafted jewelry. I purchased a necklace from her and it quickly became my favorite. Not to mention a favorite of any person I bumped into. I have never received so many compliments on a necklace before, until I started wearing my latest 2ETN everyday for the past 2 weeks.

For my birthday she gifted me the most breath taking piece of her heart . Some one pinch me please. I was stunned. I opened in front of my friend Bella, and I couldn't breathe. I think I was in shock for a day or so after that. It has been obsessively wrapped around my neck ever since.

RQ Bella since has interviewed Pam for the Midtown Monthly. Pam expresses her inspirations , living and designing in  Sacramento, and her commitment to the Adopt-a-Buffalo campaign.

~Finished reading it? Told you , she is amazing!

"We’re inspired by the pre-photography art of miniatures, especially Mourning and Memory jewelry from the late 1800s."

"Our inspirations are fairly consistent: an awe of Nature, a love of history, an appreciation for slow processes, and craftsmanship."

"The buffalo was the primary source of survival, both physical and spiritual. The buffalo provided food, clothing, shelter, a purpose to their existence and a sacred object of reverence." - Powers 1986

Wow, "Mourning and Memory jewelry from the late 1800s". That is so cool, I have been looking at some photos taken of the dead back in those days, posed as if they were still alive, for remembrance.

How fun, it's so great to make instant connections with new people.
