Selling vintage by the flower side

Prepping and packing up for my big debut at Relles Florist.
Now to get this out of the house , and into the car.

To pile or not to pile. Luckily I had my man muscles to help me load an unload.
We had to be quick because he had to be at his own Second Saturday shindig in a matter of moments.
How did I end up with all of this? Its not only about the clothes. Atmosphere and personal flair needs to be added to my little pop up shop.
 We're here!
 My cozy corner.
Just a few moments after set up, I had my first customer.
I was so excited and nervous as she was shopping .
I felt like this was a first date.
SOLD! She loved it immediately. Moments later she came running back with dollars in her hand, and the dress on. She told me she is going to wear her newly purchased Equine Bovine dress all night.
Can I please tell you that this is perfect place to be on Second Saturday?
Sara, my sister, my friend forever. She might make cracks at my Laura Ingalls dresses, or my funky Friday night attire and add  "what the hell are you wearing".  But this girl, has my back. She supports me to no end and secretly wants to wear one of my prairie dresses.

My sweet Lisa. I met her at Magpie last year. Every Saturday, she brings me the Wall Street Journal fashion section. As she sits at the bar , sipping her coffee we swoon over the newly crafted clothing being shown. This girl has a eye for great beauty, as she is a beauty herself!

Bella browsing to see what will strike her fancy. Next to her was a troubled customers. She didnt know which one to buy, because she loved them both! I gave her a great deal and she walked away with two new gifts for her niece.
She scooped up a super cute green mini skirt.
Hey Cowgirl!
I love this belt buckle. It was one of my faves for a long time. Time to pass it on .
 Belts, bags and skulls.
Check out my boot fringes! Hand made by my friend Sadie Deluxe.
On a side note, Joe and I are planning a road trip at the end of this summer.
Of course I am already planning on what to wear. These boot fringes will be around my ankles each time time I put on my boots to roam the desert of Arizona, or stroll along a stream in Montana.
Queen of the night. Alicia coordinated this very successful  event.
A gift and a kiss from Equine Bovine.

Forever thankyou to all that offered me deep love and support.

Was I awake for this?

I have been working loooong hours at Magpie. I mean, long.
I come home , and I am so pooped. I can't do much than try to teleport a burrito into my tummy, or eat an olive or two.  But why lay around and be tired, when you can walk along the river and be inspired!

I received my extremely bad ass leather harness from my new cyber sister Sadie Deluxe. I love how it makes me feel like a cowgirl! This isn't the most flattering outfit, but I just had to put it on . And I love it!

My Butt Ugly Birthday present from RQ Bella. Designed by the most beautiful Kris. She has developed a clothing and accessory line for us maidens in Sacramento area. But Kris keeps it old school. No Etsy, no store front. Just a Butt Ugly Buttique  in her little cottage, about every 3 months.
The stick tinged a ring, and the boy gave a splash!
One part bunny, two parts Birdie, and all parts ADORABLE!

Good night pookies.

Somewhere between Portland and Washougal.

A trip to Portland has brought us alot of excitement. Why are so excited?
We get to meet our God baby , Sage Otter Balakin, and hang out with some good peeps.

We were all packed and waiting for our cab. Birdie insisted that we can't go, and she will be so sad if we  leave. It was hard to say goodbye to my cute lil pup. But we had a baby to snuggle, food carts to explore and beer to drink.

I wear my wonderbubbles locket everytime I fly.
My lovely little Noodle (RIP) and her knuckle head brother
Beauchephus.
Anticipation assisted with Beer.
Once we flew in, we  met JB and Bella at the Birthing Center.
This is the very room that brought Bella comfort while she was bringing in a wee baby into the world.
Birthing mama and her midwives.
Waa!Waa!
Of course. how could you not market yourself like this , when Portlandia is out there boosting your sales!
I was referred to Rad Summer by a fellow blogger SadieDeluxe.
I felt like this shop was built for me and only me. Damn, I loved it in here.
Unfourtnaley , they were having some heating problems and I couldn't bare to undress to try on any garments. But the shop girls were super nice. I will definitely be back!
Daaaamn!
Joe browsing some records at SMUT

They had a $1.00 fully stocked cart of books for sale. I had to choose wisely because we were flying.
BEER,yah.

FOODS CARTS, f*ck yah!

Sweet Pea coconut cupcake.
Elephants Deli in Portland. I love markets like this. Open cheese, meats, and pastires.

Jables picking out the most tasty macaroons.

Uwajimaya in Beaverton to pick up sushi supplies.
I could spend hours wandering around , reading labels and drooling over Japanese street style mags.

Pear Ginger sake

Quality sake check before sushi night.
JB made the most amazing sake I have ever tasted.wow!

Joe and Wayne Cannon, of Cannons Rib Express.

Sushi night is upon us.
I tried Spam sushi for the first time. It will probably be my last as well.
It was to funky for me. But it was well made, wrapped tight and very beautiful.
This guy needs to open up a sushi & sake food cart!
Bella pourin' one for the homies.
