J'aime l'automne

Yeeheeww! I survived the another awful summer of Sacramento. The flat stale heat of the Valley is something I dread every year. But, with out the sour the sweet just isn't as sweet. Behold my biter Apples have ripened into a candy coated Autumn. October is my favorite month in the entire year! 

I fall in love with the textured sky, rainbow colored trees, crunchy leaves beneath my feet and the layers of clothes I get to play in. Mother nature is mellow, but she is still offering us a bounties of beautiful food to keep us warm for the months to come.
Joe and I took our annual trip up to Camino to pick out the 'best of the best' pumpkins.

Listening to Charles Trenet , burning Sweetgrass, and sipping on Vino Noceto Sangiovese.
